This place is magical.This was a second time we stay in St Nicholas,in the time we book again we saw couple of bad reviews,so we weren't sure if was the same host,but we book anyway.The host took us from the ferry boat at 4 am,with a welcoming smile,the apartment has a small kitchen with not many equipment,but I manage to cook an octopus and rice on it,breakfast every morning,so the kitchen is not terrible as I saw in some reviews,the bed is comfy,with room service coming everyday changing the sheets and the towels,but the prime of this place is the view with the sunrise and the sunset,is just incredible.

This is the perfect stay - the location, the price and the overall tranquility of the rooms. Steps away from the main port you have everything at your fingertips: restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and access to the bus. The rooms were simple but clean, had a great little kitchenette, hot water for showering and a stellar balcony to watch the sunset. If you're unsure about whether or not to book, let me tell you: book this stay! You will not regret it!

The staff were super friendly and we saw them every day. Communication was easy, even though the owner didn't have super good English. He was very committed. The room was furnished in a minimalist way, but everything worked and was very clean. We got fresh towels and the room was cleaned every day. The mattress was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was good.I don't really understand the bad reviews here, the cooker had a bit of rust, but that is normal on this island, as the air is very salty and things get rusty quickly.I would stay here again any time!Isa and Louisa

Excellent Location in Katapola, big clean rooms very friendly host and staff!

We ware very near of thé centre, thé harbour thé terace was very pleasant.Thé bed was very good.

Great location, quiet, clean and super-friendly host met me at the ferry upon arrival and even checked in with me during my stay when he saw that I was at home. Beautiful view.
